On June 10 we took an important step: we officially presented the Savia project to our neighboring community of El Barreal de Heredia. This meeting marks the beginning of a close and transparent relationship with those who will now be an essential part of the Savia environment.
The activity was attended by 86 people, including the mayor of Heredia, Ángela Aguilar, councilors and members of the community. This space allowed them to share the purpose of the project, listen to their concerns and reinforce trust through open dialogue.
This is only the beginning. As part of the participatory approach that distinguishes us at Portafolio Inmobiliario, we will continue to generate spaces for conversation with our communities of influence, building lasting and collaborative relationships from the beginning.
When we are given the responsibility of transforming farms that have been part of a family legacy for so many years, we know that one of our greatest impacts will be the change in land use and the alteration of an ecosystem that has existed for 150 years.
At Portafolio Inmobiliario, we understand that leadership means anticipating, questioning the status quo, and making decisions that leave a mark. That is why we have made a new commitment: to integrate dual materiality as the central pillar of our corporate strategy.
At Portafolio Inmobiliario, we firmly believe that in order to develop and build extraordinary projects, we must first build strong bonds within our team.
